Director of POWERlab — School of Engineering, EPFL

Elison leads POWERlab's research on GaN power electronics, multi-channel and tri-gate devices, in-chip microfluidic cooling, ultrafast THz electronics, and ultra-wide-bandgap semiconductors. ERC Starting Grant (2015) and ERC Advanced Grant (2024). Co-founder of Corintis, spin-off commercializing our in-chip cooling technology.
